Abyssal	Gain 20% more luck during the night. Darkness increases 50% slower.	In the Abyssal Depth Maze, just after crossing the obby, head left, then right.
Annihilation I	Automatically destroy common and uncommon ores when panning.<ref name="pin">Pinned recipe ingredients will not be destroyed.</ref>	In the tunnel from Deeproot Spring to Enchanted Ruins.
Annihilation II	Automatically destroy rare and epic ores when panning.<ref name="pin" />	Located at the far back right of Fungal Marsh, surrounded by red crystals.
Annihilation III	Automatically destroy legendary ores when panning.<ref name="pin" />	Located behind a tree at Starfall River, surrounded by red crystals.
Bunny	Gain +5% modifier boost for every +1 bonus jump power.	Found on a cliff in Starfall River near the Meteor Golem NPC.
Critical I	Digging has a 20% chance to have 2x strength.	Inside the Merchant hut in Sunset Beach.
Critical II	Digging has a 20% chance to have 2x strength.	Inside one of the huts near the Ranger on Caldera Park.
Discovery	Chance of obtaining undiscovered ores is increased by 50%.	Inside the Maze under the Windswept Beach Lighthouse, just at the entrance past the podium/pedestal.
Equalizer	Your dig speed and shake speed are equalized to their average.	Inside the hut behind Old Prospector in Fortune River Delta.
Eternity	Your totem timers decrease 20% slower.	Found in the Timelocked Sanctuary.
Explorer	When collecting geodes, gain a 20% chance to collect another geode.	On top of the Stone Mountain in Fortune River Delta.
Misfortune	Luck is reduced to 100. Convenient for farming for quests?	In front of a tree in the line of site of the Swamp Man in Rotwood Swamp.
Mountain Climber	Gain 3 walkspeed.	Find the Freezing Prospector at Frostbitten Path and go towards where he's looking. You'll find the rune down below.
Purity	+1x Luck multiplier, BUT MODIFIERS CAN NO LONGER BE OBTAINED.	Received upon completing the Botanist quest. (Rejoining might be required.)
Singularity I	Status effect timers tick 10% slower. Does not apply if your status timer speed is already 0.5x lower before runes.	Found on top of the big meteor at Excavation Site E in Fungal Marsh.
Singularity II	Status effect timers tick 10% slower. Does not apply if your status timer speed is already 0.5x lower before runes.	Found at the back of The Void (opposite side from the entrance).
Solitude	+20% Luck, but lose 10% Luck for every other player within 50 studs.	Below the rocks near the Lighthouse in Windswept Beach.
Speed I	Gain 2 walkspeed.	In Rubble Creek, behind the rock (behind the statue).
Summit Seeker	Gain 5% dig and shake speed for every +1 bonus walkspeed.	In front of the entrance in Frozen Peak.
Sunblessed	Gain 20% more luck in the sunlight.	Inside the area behind the waterfall/locked door in Crystal Caverns.
Volcanic	Ores with the scorched modifier gain 25% size.	On top of the Volcano. (You need to spam jump, or complete the Flame Priest quest, as lava deals damage)
