Fast travel between places you've already been — but a waypoint only counts once you've walked up to it and interacted with it. This is the list of where each one actually stands.

Waypoints are a way to travel across the map easily. To use a Waypoint in a location, you must first find and interact with it.
Where to Find Them
Positions are given relative to a landmark or NPC rather than coordinates — that's how the wiki records them, and it's how you'll actually spot one.
